If
you are planning to install solar panels or build on your property and need
to submit plans to the City of Calimesa for approval, you must also submit your
plans to the Architectural Committee and get approval before you build! All
owners are required to comply with the CC&Rs and Architectural Standards.
Even if your changes don't require City approval, we suggest that you submit
any changes to the Architectural Committee to avoid conflicts with our neighborhood
rules and potential fines. Please refer to the CC&Rs, the Architectural
Standards and contact Ben
Clough, the Architectural Committee Chair if you have
any questions or want to submit plans.
